HALF DAY IS BREAKFAST CLUB ONLY!

Welcome to Dalmage Active After School Club and Breakfast Club. We are pleased to have you and your child(ren) as part of our club. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they form the basis of our agreement with you.

General Enrolment Terms

Enrolment in Dalmage Active After School Club and Breakfast Club is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the fees.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to contact details or other relevant information must be communicated to us promptly.
Payments

All payments must be made in advance. Fees are due at the time of registration and before the commencement of each term.
Payment can be made via this platform
A receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of absence due to illness, holidays, or any other reason.
In the event that Dalmage Active has to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide a make-up session. If a make-up session cannot be arranged, we will issue a credit for the missed session to be used against future fees.
Withdrawal from the Club

If you wish to withdraw your child(ren) from Dalmage Active, you must provide a minimum of two weeks' notice in writing.
The notice period starts from the date we receive your written notification. Any fees due within the notice period must still be paid and are non-refundable.
Behaviour and Conduct

We expect all children to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner. Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in suspension or expulsion from the club, at the discretion of the club management.
Parents/guardians will be notified of any behavioural issues and will be expected to cooperate in resolving them.
Health and Safety

It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other health-related issues that may affect their child(ren)’s participation in the club.
Dalmage Active will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all children. However, we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during club activities, except where such incidents arise from negligence on our part.
Food Provision

Food will only be provided at the Breakfast Club. We offer nutritious breakfast options to ensure children start their day with the energy they need.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing any additional snacks or meals their child(ren) may require during the After School Club sessions.

Late Pick-Up Policy

We understand that occasional delays are unavoidable. However, if a child is not picked up by the designated pick-up time, a late pick-up charge will be applied.
There will be an initial late pick-up charge of £10, plus an additional £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.
Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension or expulsion from the club, at the discretion of the club management.

Liability

Dalmage Active is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the club.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, anticipated savings, or other economic loss.
Changes to Terms and Conditions

Dalmage Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing and will take effect from the date of notification.
By enrolling your child(ren) in Dalmage Active After School Club and Breakfast Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
