Some Forest School sessions will take place off-site in the local park across the road from the school. By paying for your child’s place, you are giving consent for them to take part in these sessions. Parent consent wording commonly states that the parent agrees to the conditions of the event or activity. [help.schoolsbuddy](https://help.schoolsbuddy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4405387596045-What-a-Parent-Sees-When-They-Are-Asked-To-Give-Consent-Availability)
Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle each day. Packed lunches must not contain nuts or fish. [richmond.gov](https://www.richmond.gov.uk/media/27515/packed_lunch_guidelines.docx)
Please state any allergies on our platform and inform us on the first day your child arrives. Please also provide any additional information about your child’s needs on the platform and bring anything they may need for the day. The correct spellings are “allergies” and “registered.” [dictionary.cambridge](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/allergy)
Please do not leave your child until they have been registered each day. [dictionary.cambridge](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/registered)
## Code of conduct
Children are expected to follow all session rules and behave safely and respectfully at all times. Behaviour codes are intended to set out what behaviour is acceptable, what is not acceptable, and what happens if the code is not followed. [learning.nspcc.org](https://learning.nspcc.org.uk/research-resources/templates/behaviour-codes-adults-children)
We reserve the right to remove children from sessions if rules are not being followed or if they put themselves or others in danger. Example codes of conduct state that breaches may lead to removal from an event without refund or compensation. [childgrowthfoundation](https://childgrowthfoundation.org/event-code-of-conduct/)
## Booking terms
No refunds or changes of day will be offered once a place has been booked. Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Organisations commonly present terms and conditions in clearly separated sections covering acceptance, conduct, and changes or withdrawal.
